Claims Consortium Group shortlisted for hat-trick of top awards

Claims Consortium Group has been shortlisted for a hat-trick of awards at the prestigious British Insurance Awards (BIA) 2016.

Deemed the insurance industry event of the year, the awards represent the pinnacle of achievement in the UK market.

The Group has been selected in a trio of categories that celebrate innovation and a positive contribution to the development of the industry. They are as follows:

Digital insurance Innovation of the Year – transforming both business-to-consumer and business-to -business relationships through the effective use of technology.

Investing in the Profession – championing the development of professionalism.

Claims initiative of the Year Outsourced Partner ­– collaborating with insurers or other service providers to act to the betterment of the claimant’s end journey.

Jeremy Hyams, CEO at Claims Consortium Group, stated: “Our mission is to deliver an unrivalled customer experience that raises industry standards. We have utilised new technologies to improve the customer experience and introduced a number of new initiatives that are empowering our staff as well as our suppliers to share the same truly customer-centric approach to delivering excellent service.

“These nominations recognise the success of this strategy and to be nominated for all three is testament to the hard work of all the departments across the Group and their combined commitment to achieve our goals.”

Earlier this year the Group achieved the Investors in People Gold status while the new claims management software platform Synergy won Admiral’s Household Claims Award for ‘Innovation of the Year’.

The winners will be announced at the BIA awards ceremony on Wednesday 6 July 2016 at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
