We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our busy Accounts team based in Taunton. You will be assisting with the collection of debt both internally and externally and ensuring the maintenance of low debt levels of all client accounts.
This is a highly important customer service role in an exciting division of the company. This role is responsible for taking new instructions, completing a triage process, including first contact with our customers and, working closely with the subsidence experts, planning the claim and allocating resource.
