Connie McCabe takes up new role of Operations Director

Claims Consortium Group has announced the appointment of Connie McCabe as Operations Director.
McCabe – who has recently married and will take the name of Connie Beasley – has joined the company from international claims and third party administration company Gallagher Bassett in Horsham where she was divisional manager. She is a specialist in claims and underwriting and will be responsible for maintaining operational performance of the growing Group, and development of our customer contact strategy.
Jeremy Hyams, CEO at Claims Consortium Group, said the appointment would be crucial in the company’s plans for growth. He said: “Connie combines two skills that I am confident will help us consolidate our recent growth and help us develop the business further.
“Firstly she is a great leader with a track record of motivating and inspiring people, and she will be a great influence on our 250 staff. Secondly she shares our focus on improving the customer experience, which has been a crucial factor in our success.”
Connie commented: “I’m delighted to be joining Claims Consortium Group at a time when they are showing incredible growth and launching new innovations into the insurance market.
