Greg Gladwell has joined the board of Claims Consortium Group as Non-executive Director.
Gladwell is former UK and Ireland Chief Executive at loss adjuster Crawford & Company, where he had profit and loss accountability and was responsible for changing the business mix to higher value and higher margin products, with a focus on mid-sized, large loss and complex claims. Claims Consortium is already playing a pivotal role and plans to extend this further in the months ahead. I am excited about using my industry experience to help the company reach its full potential and have been attracted to it by both the ambition of the board and their mission to place the customer experience at the centre of the claims process.”
