Matt Ambrose appointed to operations director role

Claims Consortium has appointed Matt Ambrose as director of operations. Matt steps into the role from his position as head of business change, and has previously held project, performance and delivery roles at organisations including The Reducing Offending Partnership, Ingeus and Tesco.

Matt Brady, managing director at Claims Consortium, said: “Matt has incredibly strong project management skills and a diverse background across industry sectors including private and public sector. This broad set of skills will enable him to embrace the multi-facted role we have in operations, balancing our drive for the highest levels of customer service with operational efficiency.”

Matt Ambrose said: “Claims Consortium is a dynamic and forward-thinking business, and I’m looking forward to the challenges this important role will bring. I will be ensuring that almost 150 people on the claims floor continue to deliver the exceptional standards of customer service that have helped Claims Consortium lead in the area of property claims handling.

“I will focus on integrating our home-grown claims technologies and learning streams into the team, bringing our people, suppliers, customers and clients together to create and enhance claim efficiencies.”

Matt Ambrose replaces Connie Beasley, who stepped down in March to take on the Head of Home Claims role at Legal & General.
