Our specialist business that handles motor vehicle third party property damage and complex highways claims has moved to larger offices to facilitate the future expansion.

Motor Claims Services has relocated to new premises located on Westgate Industrial Estate in Northampton. Stuart Markham, Sales & Operations Manager, said: “Our business is experiencing outstanding rates of growth and these new premises will give our us the scope to recruit more local people and support our work in the insurance sector.

“Our technical knowledge, service standards and claims savings, mean that we are recognised nationally as an expert in our field and we expect to further build our reputation this year with more significant contracts in the pipeline.”

The Group’s CEO Jeremy Hyams believes the industry is in need of a specialist third party motor claims service supplier that combines insurance and legal expertise for insurers and brokers. He said: “This type of work is extremely specialist requiring legal expertise as well as claims handling. There are very few niche insurance services in the market where a service supplier is able to offer the experience we have.”

The new premises offer a modern environment that will give the business much needed room for growth. Mr Markham added: “It is our intention to recruit locally where possible and to offer the appropriate training in the insurance and legal aspects of our work.
