With our UK-wide network of professional suppliers we are able to appoint the right supplier for the job and manage repairs quickly and efficiently.
Our network covers all aspects of building repairs from plastering to asbestos removal. We also have a specialist drainage and water services team available through our dedicated company, Property Consortium Drainage.
All parties involved in a claim, including most importantly the customer, can manage and track the progress of the claim and associated repairs through our online workflow technologies. These feature a sophisticated scheduler which enables works to be completed as efficiently as possible.
We guarantee all works for a minimum of 24 months from completion. If a customer is unhappy with works provided we will organise a review by an independent surveyor free of charge.
We work to a set schedule of rates agreed with the insurers which means it is not necessary for the customer to provide a number of estimates from contractors. This avoids further delays to the claim and allows the works to be authorised in a timely manner.
