Property Consortium hosts “Great PCUK Bake Off”

Property Consortium UK today hosted the “Great PCUK Bake Off” as part of its “World’s Biggest Coffee Morning” charity event for Macmillan Cancer Support, raising a total of £523.52 for the charity.
Employees’ cakes were judged on taste and presentation by an all-star panel headed by CEO Jeremy Hyams, and then sold to raise money for the charity.
“I was genuinely surprised by the standard of baking. It’s been a great chance to have some fun while raising money for an excellent cause. Everyone’s really got into the spirit,” said Jeremy.
Property Consortium employees also had the opportunity to buy bacon baps for breakfast; “posh coffee”, cupcakes and tray bakes for the morning coffee break, and crustless cheese and pickle sandwiches, and homemade scones with jam and clotted cream for the afternoon cream tea, with all proceeds going to Macmillan Cancer Support.
