IT Service Desk Technician

Role Description:

You will be joining a dedicated team of IT support staff based at (but not limited to) the Culmhead Office, from a range of backgrounds with one thing in common – a passion for delivering high quality, reliable and maintainable systems. The primary mission is to ensure that all staff in this rapidly growing company are provided with the best IT services we can provide.

Customer Service Advisor – Out of Hours Team

Role Description:

This role involves you providing cover to our house builder clients dealing with warranty issues for homeowners and occupants. You will deal with a variety of emergencies, predominantly from new build property owners and also a small proportion of insurance customers. You will also liaise with customers, contractors and third parties, in order to assist in the progression of emergency situations from start to finish. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
