Claims Consortium Group appoints new Operations Director, Claire Lashbrook

Claims Consortium Group Operations Manager, Claire Lashbrook has been appointed to the position of Operations Director. Claire will oversee all claims operations including validations, repairs and out of hours.

Claire joined the Group in 2011 and quickly progressed to become Operations Manager, responsible for a department of 75. In this recent position, Claire has been instrumental in managing change and driving service excellence across the operations department. She been responsible for the execution of innovative operational changes and new initiatives such as the automation of our validation process.

Claire is an active advocate for the industry and in March 2020 was appointed President of Exeter Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) having previously held the position of Careers Officer. She is currently a delegate representing claims in the CII’s prestigious ‘Next Generation’ Programme. A passionate supporter of Insurance United Against Dementia, Claire also raises funds and awareness to help people living with Dementia.
