Claims Manager – TPA

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Claims Manager to join our growing TPA team. The claims volumes have doubled year on year indicating this year will enjoy the same growth, so this is a great opportunity to build a team.

Location: Stoke-on-Trent (Hybrid between office and home-working)

Salary: DOE

Key Accountabilities:

  • Handling of the escalated complaints and covering any issues relating to supply chain partners
  • In addition to the above working with the team to ensure all aspects of the claims are dealt with following guidelines and procedures
  • Producing daily MI and statistics
  • Liaising with clients and other third parties
  • Continuously seeking to improve the performance of the team by use of monitoring and auditing
  • Advising, coaching and leading the team in order to drive positive engagement and empowerment
  • Striving to improve individual’s personal development

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous Insurance Industry experience (Preferably Household)
  • TPA experience desirable
  • Proven experience in a leader role
  • Good interpersonal and organisation skills essential
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
