Complaints Handler

Job Location



We are looking for a complaints professional who can undertake investigations into complaints, and provide a written response to the customer, along with offers of appropriate compensation. Key to the role is to be able to assess all the facts of the complaint to come to a fair outcome and to co-ordinate responses with the insurer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collating and reviewing customer information under data subject access requests
  • Examination of all relevant points and information pertaining to customer’s complaints
  • Root cause analysis of complaints to identify ‘true’ cause of complaint
  • Liaison with clients and customers with regards to escalated complaints
  • Production of daily and monthly complaints information

Skills and Experience:

  • Attention to detail
  • Negotiation skills
  • Remaining calm under pressure
  • Complaint resolution skills
  • Insurance experience
  • Remaining calm under pressure
