Group scoops Silver RoSPA award

We are celebrating winning Silver in the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Occupational Health and Safety Awards 2015.

Nick Turner, Supplier Services Director at Claims Consortium Group, said: “We take health and safety seriously and this is a fantastic achievement. A RoSPA award is recognised in the construction industry as a significant achievement, and to be awarded Silver at our first attempt is a real accolade.

“The award highlights how proud we should be that we have a great H&S record.”

The Silver award in the prestigious annual scheme run by the RoSPA will presented during a ceremony at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, at the National Exhibition Centre, on July 15, 2015.

The RoSPA Awards, which date back 59 years, recognise commitment to continuous improvement in accident and ill health prevention at work. Through the scheme judges consider entrants’ overarching occupational health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement.

David Rawlins, RoSPA’s awards manager, said: “The RoSPA Awards encourage improvement in occupational health and safety management.
