Building Claims Services validation services is surveyor-led, providing an on-site, technical and truly impartial evaluation of a claim.
We manage a UK-wide network of dependable and professional surveyors who are subject to rigorous application procedures and regular quality audits. They offer a wealth of expertise and can handle any size of project, from small domestic homeowner claims through to large loss and commercial incidents.
Surveyors complete validation works including review of available estimates via site visits following which our in-house team can quickly establish liability and quantum.
Our customer care centre is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is staffed by well-trained individuals. Our surveyor network is managed with capacity so that we can respond to emergency and out-of-hours repairs.
We operate a robust and effective fraud management system through which we assess every single claim, domestic and commercial, for indicators that may suggest fraud.
We also offer a free fraud prevention training service to clients to promote integrated fraud defence all along the supply chain.
Our 12-module building training course is accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). It has been designed primarily for insurance claims handlers, helping them gain a good understanding of relevant information around property structure and building construction. The course is available free to all our clients.
