Owen Pugh has been promoted to the new position of Managing Director, Property Claims at Claims Consortium Group. In this new position, Owen will oversee the Group’s non-adjusting Property Claims service including; Validations, Repairs, TPA, Out of Hours and Network Services. Prior to this appointment, Owen held the position of Director of TPA and Network Services at Claims Consortium.
Owen joined Claims Consortium when the Group purchased Stream Claims Services in 2019. With a focus on operational excellence and over 15 years’ experience in regulated industries, Owen has been instrumental in the launch and development of the Group’s TPA offering, in addition to strategic innovations in the application of data & insight within operations.

This appointment forms part of the Group’s long-term strategy of investing in people to provide service excellence. Owen’s appointment follows that of Stuart Markham as Managing Director of Motor Claims and Board member Nick Turner as Managing Director of Adjusting in addition to Andy Taylor, Managing Director of Property Consortium Drainage.
Owen takes up the new position with immediate effect.
