Promotion of HR Manager to key director role

We’re pleased to announce the promotion of our head of HR and accounts to a new director role.
Debbie Mawer, who has been with the company for more than 15 years and lives in Taunton, has been appointed as Director of People and Culture overseeing HR and training.
Jeremy Hyams, CEO at Claims Consortium Group, said the appointment was key to the business’s strategy for growth. He said: “It gives me great personal pride to see Debbie achieve this promotion as she’s one of our longest-standing members of staff. She has shown huge commitment throughout her tenure, and has played an important role in helping us grow to a staff nearing 250 people.
“Debbie will join the leadership team with immediate effect. I believe that by integrating her fresh ideas and HR insight into our strategic business decisions, we will strengthen our plans for growth.”
