Job Description:

Claims Consortium Group are looking for an experienced Transformation Manager to join our team to manage complex strategy projects. This role will report directly into the CEO.

Location: Taunton

Salary: DOE

Key Accountabilities:

  • To manage complex, cross functional projects, including strategy development and organisation transformation
  • Develop project delivery strategies capable of delivering complex business cases
  • Lead analysis studies; analyse data, evaluate results, and develop implementable recommendations and road maps
  • Lead, guide and support workstreams and workstream leads through the development and implementation of new strategies and/or targeted change strategies, including the identification of change impacts to people, process and organisational structure
  • Lead project teams and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones
  • Lead project teams to asses, manage and maintain risks and issues associated with defined projects
  • Lead and drive day-to-day change management activities while providing the appropriate levels of support and coaching for CCG, supplier and client team members
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders and project team members
  • Educate and coach project team members, sponsors, and functional leaders on project and change management principles, tools, and their roles in effective project delivery

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead, guide and coach project team members in areas such as strategy development, project management, change and transition management
  • Ability to lead analysis studies in multiple areas
  • Ability to lead project definition, management, recommendations, transition and implementation
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and P&Ls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Comfortable and credible assessing the impact of change, including communication and training needs
  • Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant change initiatives from project start to finish
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively, escalate issues appropriately, and keep information confidential is critical to this position
