Having held various senior operational and change management roles, he brings a deep understanding of the industry’s complexities and the transformative potential of digital technology. His expertise is not just in managing change but in driving it, making him an ideal leader for the next phase of digital evolution.

Following the successful migration of all Group product lines to our new claims platform, Synergy Cloud, our claims experts across our entire Group business will be focused on fully leveraging the technology and data that is available through this new platform. We will be configuring and customising the system so it is fully bespoke to enhance all our service offerings and deliver unmatched value to our clients and seamless customer service. This will include the thoughtful application of AI and automation to streamline processes and ensure specialist expertise is focused where required.
