Celebrating Success at the British Insurance Technology Awards

We’re proud to share that our technology brand, Synergy Cloud, has been recognised at this year’s Insurance Post British Insurance Technology Awards.
Synergy Cloud was highly commended in the Best Claims Management Solutions Provider category, standing out for its innovative and customer-first approach. This commendation highlights the strength of the platform in transforming claims journeys through automation, insight, and customer-first design. As one client reflected: “Customers now get resolution quickly and with care. Complaints are rare, customer support morale is up, and Synergy Cloud makes continuous improvement easy.”
It was also a fantastic night for our people:
Tom Burroughs, CTO, won Outstanding Achievement in Technology, recognising his leadership in building Synergy Cloud into the flexible, scalable platform it is today. Alan Soutar, Chairman Home & Property at I Love Claims, described Tom as: “an advocate and driving force behind making insurance technology more accessible, democratic, and crucially more centred around the customer.”
Georgia Ayres, Client Success Manager, was named a finalist in the Rising Star category, a brilliant recognition of her talent, energy, and impact in shaping client success. One client summed it up perfectly: “Georgia went above and beyond to ensure my team had a full understanding of the platform… She is an incredible asset to the Synergy team.”
