A Listening-First Approach to Leadership
Abbe joined CCG with a clear vision: her role extends far beyond the numbers. She’s focused on understanding how the entire company works together, from sales through to claims handling. Already, she’s been observing, listening, and identifying where processes overlap and where departments could communicate more effectively to streamline operations.
When asked what she’d change about the insurance industry, Abbe’s answer came from her first week. After reviewing customer feedback, she noticed that 80 to 90% of dissatisfaction stemmed from customers misinterpreting their cover. Her vision is for greater transparency in insurance purchasing, perhaps leveraging technology to help consumers understand exactly what they’re buying.
