Rob Stewart promoted to Commercial Director at Claims Consortium Group

Claims Consortium Group has announced the promotion of Rob Stewart to Commercial Director, effective immediately.

In his new role, Rob will lead all commercial activity across Sales, Account Management, and Marketing, creating a unified function focused on delivering value through a consistent, client-centric approach.

As Commercial Director, Rob will be responsible for strengthening how the Group connects its message, its people, and its clients – ensuring alignment across all areas of commercial engagement.

Rob joined Claims Consortium Group over 15 years ago, beginning his career in technical claims before progressing to lead an operational division of the business. With experience spanning client relations, supply chain, and operations, he later moved into a Group-wide sales role where he focused on developing new opportunities and leading the delivery of propositions and tenders. This breadth of experience gives him a deep understanding of the business and its clients, positioning him well to lead the Group’s commercial strategy.

The new structure brings together the Group’s Sales, Account Management, and Marketing functions under unified commercial leadership.
