Board of Directors

Jeremy founded the Group in 1996 and, though his role has changed dramatically as the business has grown, he remains hands-on. Jeremy is a champion for better standards across the industry – believing 100% in the values of openness, honesty and transparency. It’s these values that have led the Group to the leading position it enjoys today.

A passionate advocate for operational excellence, best practice and customer service within the insurance claims sector, Owen has a wide range of specialisms and over 15 years’ of experience in regulated industries. Owen is known for leading highly successful operational innovations across both in-house and outsourced claims, harnessing technology and data to drive service excellence.

With a career that has ranged from developing software for SME businesses, through to a Senior Technical Architecture position at a FTSE 100 plc, Tom has extensive expertise that he now brings to bear in the development of Claims Consortium Group’s technology platforms, Synergy Cloud and the wider business ecosystem. He brings his own brand of no-nonsense common sense to using technology to solve business problems.

Abbe joined the Group in 2025 as Financial Director, bringing over two decades of experience in senior finance leadership. She has led businesses in multiple industries, through growth, complexity and transformation, balancing hands-on delivery with strategic foresight with a strong focus on optimising performance, achieving positive work culture and shaping long-term strategy. Abbe is recognised for her collaborative style, ability to simplify complex financial information into clear, actionable insight, and for developing high performing teams that deliver lasting value.

Non-executive Directors

With more than 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Rob joined the Group in 2019 following 16 years at a major insurer as both Claims and Transformation Director. He brings with him extensive market, claims and business process knowledge from an insurer’s perspective and provides a balanced competitor view to assist the senior management team.

Greg has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance sector with a wealth of knowledge of the mid-sized, large loss and complex claims market at CEO level. He adds further top-level operational expertise to the senior management team, having overseen governance requirements and led change programmes within successful and growing businesses.

As Commercial Director, Rob oversees a unified, client-focused commercial function and is committed to developing strong relationships and delivering long-term, sustainable growth for the business. Rob has been with Claims Consortium Group for more than 15 years, progressing from technical claims into senior operational and commercial roles. His experience spans client relations, supply chain, operations, and Group-wide sales, giving him a strong understanding of the business and the needs of its clients.

Debbie has worked at the Group for more than 20 years, overseeing and developing the accounts and HR departments. In her role as Director of People and Culture she ensures talent management influences our business decisions and plans for growth. Debbie has led multiple award-winning schemes most recently winning an Insurance Post Diversity and Inclusion award for her Mental Health Initiative.

Sarah has over 20 years of expertise in contact centre leadership, specialising in customer service and relations within a global organisation. She drives high levels of operational success with an agile approach to handling complex scenarios and her ability to implement strategic visions. This, coupled with Sarah’s unwavering commitment to nurturing internal talent and delivering exemplary customer service, fosters a culture of excellence and innovation across the operational teams.

Third Party Administration

Claire’s extensive and varied experience in operations and contractor management makes her ideally suited to drive our supply chain strategy. She is responsible for accelerating the growth and diversity of our network in line with our overall Group strategy. An active member of the wider claims community, she has been President of Exeter Chartered Insurance Institute and part of the prestigious New Generation programme as well as regularly contributing to other industry events.

Supplier Network

Andy has a wealth of insurance and construction related knowledge having worked for leading insurers and loss adjusters for over 25 years in a range of roles including senior management and business development. As Managing Director, Andy is responsible for the development and delivery of the business strategy in line with the CEO’s vision.

Underground Services

Jim has extensive experience in the drainage industry for both local and national companies. His experience ranges from surveys at domestic properties to repairs at the Millennium Dome. With a strong belief in the core principles of the Group, Jim works to ensure this is carried through in everything that our Underground Service team does.

Underground Services

Steve brings over 27 years of experience in claims management, with a specialist focus on subsidence. Throughout his career, he has held a range of senior roles across the industry, including Claims Manager, Technical Claims Manager, and Operations Manager.

Now leading as Head of Product for our subsidence team, Steve is responsible for shaping and evolving our market-leading subsidence solution. His deep technical expertise and operational insight are helping to transform the way subsidence claims are managed – improving outcomes for clients and customers alike.

 

Subsidence

Ruth has been with Claims Consortium Group since 2019 and leads marketing, communications and PR across the Group, supporting strategic objectives and shaping how CCG communicates with clients, partners and the wider industry. She brings more than 15 years of experience across marketing, communications and commercial strategy, including nearly eight years at Mail Metro Media, where she held roles spanning data and performance, large-scale campaign delivery and trade marketing. Ruth brings clear, purposeful communication and a commercially focused approach to brand and reputation.
