Claims Consortium Group listed as 4th best insurance company to work for and placed on Best Companies Top 100 regional and national leader boards.

The Q1 2022 results are in and Claims Consortium Group including Synergy Cloud and WeatherNet, has placed on all 3 eligible Top 100 Best Companies leader boards. The Group has been listed as the:

• 4^th Best Insurance Company to work for
• 24^th Best Company to work for in the South West
• 60^th Best Large Companies to work for

These results are following the all staff survey in November 2021. Investing in people has always been paramount to the Group’s success. Founder and CEO Jeremy Hyams said, ‘Making the experience of working at Claims Consortium the best it can be, has long been a passion of ours. Feedback from our staff is invaluable and we will never stop taking steps to find new and creative ways to support them, bring out the best in them, develop them and make work an enjoyable place to be.’

These are the first results following a recent change to the Best Companies format where the single annual survey and listing seen in previous years has been replaced with a more dynamic league table style. In the new format, there will be surveys throughout the year feeding into quarterly leagues with the final overall list being published in November annually. This provides staff with more opportunities to provide their thoughts and feedback throughout the year. Claims Consortium Group will be surveying again in May/June 2022.
