Leading insurer the AA today announced a new partnership with our specialist claims data and technology provider, Synergy Cloud for a new SaaS claims platform to handle all its household claims. The claims platform will enable the AA to manage all claims in house, linking them directly with supply chain partners and customers through a central omni-channel sign-in, providing a seamless, efficient, and direct claims experience for customers.
The five-year contract is the first major win for Synergy Cloud since it was spun off as a separate company by Claims Consortium Group in January this year. Synergy’s innovative, modular claims platform allows all parties in a claim to access, analyse and action all claims and data in one place, with total transparency and complete control.
Synergy enables insurers to link directly with their supply chain partners. The platform’s end-to-end configurability means insurers can directly control and manage the entire claim process with ease, including policy application, customer service and data analysis and application. The software is designed to be flexible and it can be easily customised for any business requirements.
